Complaint Regarding Horrible Stay at Hotel Ratnapriya, Ujjain (Room No. 125) Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the stay at your hotel, Hotel Ratnapriya, Ujjain, in Room No. 125. I had booked the room for Rs. 9000/- but found several issues that severely impacted my experience. Below are the points I would like to highlight: Broken WC Seat Cover - The WC seat cover in the bathroom was broken. I have a video as proof of this condition. Dirty Duvet - The duvet provided was very dirty, which is unacceptable for any guest room. No Hot Water - When I asked at the reception in the morning for hot water, I was informed that there was no hot water available. Worn-out Sofa - The sofa in the room was in a poor condition and appeared to be worn out and damaged. Broken Telephone - The telephone in the room was not working as it was not connected to a wire. This was a major inconvenience, especially in case of emergencies. No Kettle in the Room - Despite other amenities like tea bags and cups being provided, there was no kettle available for making tea or coffee. Mineral Water Not Provided - At check-in, I had specifically requested mineral water. However, I was told it was not complimentary, and regular water would be served. Unfortunately, no water was provided, and I had to go behind the hotel to fill water from a glass bottle myself. In light of these issues, I fail to understand why I was charged Rs. 9000/- for such substandard facilities. Moreover, I was informed that breakfast was not included, which is contrary to what I expected for the price paid. I would like to request a refund of my payment, as I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the service and facilities provided. I have attached pictures and videos to support my claims. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend your hotel to anyone, and I urge you to look into these issues to avoid future complaints. I look forward to your prompt response and hope for a resolution in the form of a refund.

The room? A musty smell, and a barely functioning air conditioner. No arrangement for hot water. The towels provided looked like they hadn't been washed in ages. I wouldn't be surprised if they were just refolded and reused.||Think thrice before booking this place. If you value cleanliness, hospitality, or basic service, stay FAR away

They were extremely helpful during the planning process and made sure everything went smoothly on the wedding day. From the event manager to the catering staff, the service was top-notch. However, there were a few minor delays during the setup, which could be improved. Facilities: * Event Spaces: The venue offers several spaces, including [indoor banquet halls, outdoor gardens, etc.], all equipped with the necessary amenities. * Catering: The catering team at Ratnapriya provides a variety of menu options, from local delicacies to international cuisine. The food quality was excellent, and the guests were impressed with the flavors and presentation. * Accommodations: The resort features comfortable rooms for guests, including luxurious suites for the couple and close family members. The rooms were well-appointed with modern amenities

Located on the main Indore+- Ujjain highway in a very good location When I visited on Mar'1 evening, the total property was vacant The room shown was not clean and had blackish spots on bedsheets There were only two staff and the attitude Surprised, why at such a good location and well built property has NIL occupancy

fridge doesn't work in any room.In the intense heat of April,hotel didn't provide ice if not fridge. room service nor upto the mark. lifts are dangerous.during my visit it was not working properly.

It was just a trip to attend heartfulness session! I observed that there might be an issue with limited vehicles parking inside campus. Can't say about food or otherwise services as not experienced it.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and modern, with comfortable beds and great amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to major attractions and local restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting (RATNAPRIYA HOTEL AND RESORT)

Terrible Service, Not Recommended We had our wedding at Ratanpriya Hotel on 11th and 12th January 2025, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The service was shockingly slow--if guests requested water, towels, or room service, it took 1-2 hours for even the simplest tasks to be completed. Additionally, the hotel rooms have a serious issue where the locks automatically engage from the inside, causing inconvenience and frustration for guests. The overall service felt more like harassment rather than hospitality. To make matters worse, once the hotel takes a deposit, they refuse to return it, which is highly unprofessional and unethical. I strongly advise against booking this venue for any event. There are far better options available where guests are treated with respect and provided with the service they deserve.
