The room was luxurious, with impeccable hygiene and a sparkling clean bathroom that exceeded my expectations. The staff was extremely professional and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. One highlight of my stay was the provision for Ayurveda massages, which were rejuvenating and expertly handled. The serene balcony view overlooking the majestic Narmada River was the perfect way to start and end the day. If you're looking for a blend of luxury, tranquility, and excellent service, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended

I was little frustrated with the electrical situation in my room. Several of the light switches seem to be faulty and aren't working. It's making things quite inconvenient. Out of two power outlet beside bed, only one power outlet was working. It's a bit of a struggle to charge my phone and use my laptop .My room geyser seems to be having some trouble heating the water properly. The water flow is fine, but it's only lukewarm. I had to fill my bucket halfway and then wait for the water to heat up enough for a comfortable temperature. This made my shower routine take much longer than usual. It's quite inconvenient to have to wait for hot water, especially in the mornings. I booked 8 river view rooms but only 7 were available so your management staff provided the upgraded room for Rs 500 extra. This was agreed upon and the upgrade was provided. However, my final bill reflected a Rs 1000 charge for the upgrade. This discrepancy is concerning on the part of your commitment. For your reference I am talking about room no 401 Additional charges for an extra person were initially quoted at Rs 1000. However, the final bill reflected a charge of Rs 1200 for the same service. Upon inquiring about the discrepancy, the explanation provided was that the Rs 1200 figure included applicable taxes. This lack of transparency in pricing can lead to confusion and erode customer trust. Clear communication regarding all costs, including taxes, should be provided upfront. It's crucial to maintain consistent pricing information across all communication channels. Accurate billing practices are essential for building strong customer relationships and fostering business integrity. Transparency in pricing demonstrates respect for customers and promotes a positive brand image. The property's location offers excellent potential. However, the management team appears to be recently appointed. Their operational procedures seem to require further development. Improved communication and responsiveness would greatly benefit customers. A more proactive approach to property maintenance is also needed. Addressing these concerns would significantly enhance the overall living experience. With some refinement, the property could truly flourish. I hope to see positive changes implemented soon.

We had a good stay last week. The room was good, Clean .Location and views from hotel is excellent. Tea,breakfast was very good. Service is prompt. Staff is very humble and cooperative. I think this is the only place one can recommend to stay at Narmdapurum.Will love to come again.Thanks.

Property is good and located in the most prominent area of the city but is not maintained properly, faced electric shock in the main switch board of the room, electric short circuit, got the welcome drink after 1 and half hr. Some food items were not up to the expectations.

Hotel is superb....A peaceful hideout across Narmada river. River facing side of the resort is superb and so is the food. Staff is very friendly and service is fast.

The taste is nice more then my assuming.. I had visited here more than 50 times I just like this place this resort is no one in narmadapuram must visit here guys and the staff is nice to me and one of them saloni mam she is amazing person here I meet her ..

Totally waist of money. Room are not good. Service is very slow. Staff is not good and unnecessary arguments happened. Approach road is very nerrow. Parking is not good. Do not recommend for family.
