A fine place for any type of celebration and programmes. Easy approach and a huge safe parking with two guards. Not far from Itarsi main road and not on the road. A neat and clean place. And very safe within the court wall.

Bedsheets have yellow stains, bathroom has other types of stains, smells bad, no cleaning, no bedsheet changing, dirty sofa, AC water dripping, location is poor, so if you're from a city, do not book this place. OYO is not trustworthy, as they give branding to below average places. City folks should stay from this one, you will regret booking here.
