NOT RECOMMENDED The hotel looks nice from the outside, but the overall experience was disappointing. The rooms were average, and the food was just okay. Housekeeping was poor--rooms were neither cleaned nor mopped properly. Room service was equally unsatisfactory as the phones were not answered. To make matters worse, I had a sleepless night due to a dog on the premises that barked continuously after midnight. Despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel staff, no one responded. I decided to leave early in the morning without even having tea, as room service remained unresponsive. At the time of checkout, there was no one at the reception either. I left the room keys at the counter and departed. This experience left much to be desired, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.

Very sketchy hotel, you book online and when you reach there are no rooms available. The Manager is inexperienced and not so educated. It's still in construction so maybe they'll change the staff in future. Pool and all is good but if basic amenities are compromised nothing else matters.

It was one of worst stay experience for me. Hotel is still under construction so facilities are not working. Hot water was not working and you have to call reception then they will send you in buckets. Breakfast timings starts at 8.30 and you will get it at 9 am which is not suitable for early departures. Room was not at all clean. It had spider nets. We had to call and then wait even for very basic things and surprisingly this wait could be upto 2 hrs. No professional staff keeping. They had 1-2 boys for managing all the jobs like they are managing a farm house. Overall very bad experience. I had called their GM (Mr. Nayak) for the issues, he told me to wait for 5 mins and he will call me and as expected i am still waiting for his call. Do not travel with kids.

I were expecting a good ambience inside the room, but room was just not enough clean for visitors and I booked a ac room but ac and lights wasn't working for hours, celling fan was too noisy and hotel staff told me that sir light of this area is distributed so ac is not working but why there's not any generator to solve the problem and cleaning staff members disturbed me alot without any specific reason and said that sir please don't get distributed we are doing cleaning process, this thing was not expected, if they are doing something so do their work outside room why they are knocking my room to tell me just that we are doing cleaning process. Overall my experience wasn't good but food was satisfactory.

We have booked the resort for 1 night for our college reunion party. We are about 22-25 people. The rooms are really good, spacious, neat and clean. But we faced the issue with room service and nonveg starter. The chicken is not properly cooked, almost raw. Other than that the veg food is good and the nonveg main course is great. I'll suggest that if you were planning for dinner or a group party then go for this property it will not disappoint you.

Television antenna not connected, no services available. Over priced room and restaurant. No Wi Fi in the room.
