OYO 22504 Fun And Food Holidays & Resort

This people cheated me and wife in the midnight at Thier gate with out opening it on a Oyo booking. Even they didn't respond properly to the customer care persons request too. We standed infornt of their resort gate untill 330 am.then one guy came and said theat resort can open by 08 clock only, you can sit in the car. I was already paid for the booking and drove ahead to Indore to find a stay. Morning I tried to contact customer care for refund on this they are saying you havent gone there and the story is fabricated. Please beware of some irresponsible Oyo customer care managers and kind of hotels. I have all the call logs and since the hotel staff spoke to me at their hotel at 03 30am, customer care guy is saying there is no such incident has happened and I didn't go that hotel. Even they are not checking Thier last conversation also to sort the things easily. I am on 03 months road trip to Nepal and Himachal on my private car along wife, this is how Oyo and Thier listed hotels treating their guest. I lost around 1300 rupees and Oyo team stated that I fabricated this story too with out any shame. So it must go all the possible platform to root out the irresponsible and fraud members of OYO who are sending their guest to middle of the road With out any mercy.

Good place for small events for 200+ people. Average room quality with good restaurant. Managerial staff is fine but rest needs skills. Medium size swimming pool which is clean. Play arena for kids with games.

Awsome, Seems like hill station stay ,Natural Environment,loved the greenery, and beatuifull swmming pool with slides & rain dance,in house kitchen ,tasty food & very supportive staff, late night 3 Am they helped us to get taxi to Airport

It's an awesome resort. If you are the one who is actually planning to have a stay here then you should surely have a go. It's expensive but it's understood if you are staying in a resort...

It's such a beautiful place...having all the animities with delicious food... A beautiful waterpark and full of game zones.... It's a beautiful to visit... All the staff is soo friendly.....

Overall arrangement are excellent no problems at all. I will recommend oyo for further booking

Not at all clean and very untidy place. Hotel Staff was rude and least bothered about the travellers.
