Indralok palace Hotel & Resort

Indralok Palace Hotel offers a great stay with a fantastic restaurant that stands out for its quality and ambiance. The hotel's overall condition was excellent, making the stay comfortable. However, the service was just average--there was no hot water at night, toiletries were not properly stocked in the washroom, and the swimming pool was closed during the stay. The location was decent, but the highlight was definitely the restaurant. If service improvements are made, it could be a top-tier experience.

Apt location and a great stay. After this hotel you will not get a good hotel until Gwalior interior, clumsy roads. Right at the busy highway is this beautiful architectural resort. The food is good and the staff are awesome. Worth staying here if you are driving for a long road trip. Highly recommended for friends and family for a short stay or a larger gathering.

Property is built magnificently but service is very poor. Basic things like hot water, toothpaste, shaving kits, functional TV are missing. Overall experience is not proportionate to the amount they are charging. Casual attitude of staff and unconcerned hotel management will soon ruin the property and its image. Please don't mind but it is a fact and to be accepted whole heartedly

Rooms are good. But hot water is seldom available. In winter it's difficult to use toilet or take a bath. Could not take shower in evening or next morning. Will never come again. No local taxi availability. The taxi will be called from Morena and they charge for & fro journey. Food is extremely costly.

The quiet atmosphere, polite staff, and food tasted good. Note: My train was held to 01:30 pm, and their check-out time was 11 am, so I asked the reception for assistance. They told me there is no issue; you can check out at 12 pm without paying any cost.

This place is for family events, i was there to attend a marriage function. Place is large, clean and great views. A good space for event for a large crowd. Hotel is good in look both inside and out. Pleasure stay there.

Hotel maintenance is in poor state, most rooms has pillar running across. Although location and ambience is good . Considering Morena - not a bad place though
