Hotel Raj Palace

Rooms are mediocre, and staff is very rude especially Gajraj Mittal, prices too high for tasteless food. They write free Wi-Fi in their facilities section, buy don't even have a router. Worst services which hotel industry can offer are all here. And no parking space, your vehicle is on it's own risk parked on main highway road with absolutely no type of security.Don't waste your money here, go for another option.

A nice place with well mannered reception. We stopped here for breakfast on our way back from Mathura. We were given 'poha' for breakfast. A large quantity was given, with peanuts and sev. The taste was very good and it was hot. We also had hot cup of coffee. We got 'jilebi' packed for munching on our long drive. They were crispy and tasty.

During my visit to Gwalior recently I attended a seminar at the banquet hall of this hotel and found it quite good. Air conditioning was good and arrangements quite satisfactory. I understand although in the outskirts of the city, it is becoming a popular place for social functions.

I was stay in this hotel for one day. Room service was good. Room was neat and cleaned. View from room was good. Bathroom was cleaned and 24 hrs water available in it. Facilities like AC, TV working properly.

Exterior design is iconic. Rooms are good but not maintained well, parking facility of two wheeler are available in site hotel.

Hotel don't on words cleanliness and hygiene. Rooms are very big but of on use. Rooms are full of big ants and flies. TV NOT working good construction and bad maintenance.

Very poor staff. They are not providing towels to the guest upon multiple request. Every time they say "Sir, towels dhulne gye h". Even the mineral water in hotel is not available. Very bad experience.
