Club Mahindra Resort - Kanha - Madhya Pradesh

We recently stayed at Club Mahindra, Kanha for three nights, and once again, the experience was truly delightful.|The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. We were warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink, which set a pleasant tone for our stay.|The resort campus is beautifully designed, with a variety of trees, plants, and lush green lawns that enhance the overall charm of the place. The thoughtful inclusion of a partially covered parking area is a practical touch. It's worth mentioning that the resort is environmentally conscious, making use of green energy through a large solar power plant within the premises -- a commendable effort towards sustainability.||Families, especially those with children, will appreciate the dedicated kids' play zone and swimming pool -- both of which are great attractions for little ones. The resort is well-planned to cater to guests of all ages.||The rooms are comfortable, cozy, and impeccably clean. They are equipped with all essential amenities that are in good working condition. The inclusion of a microwave oven, cutlery, and a full dining set was very convenient for in-room dining and added a homely touch.||The staff deserves a special mention -- they are extremely polite, humble, and always eager to help, ensuring guests feel truly cared for throughout their stay.||The menu offers a wide variety of mouth-watering dishes, and we enjoyed trying different meals during our stay. That said, there is some room for improvement in the selection and quality of fresh fruits and Indian sweets.

We recently spent a wonderful week at the Club Mahindra Resort, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience for our entire family! Our room was a cozy tent with a balcony, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The tent was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The kids loved the unique tent experience, and we enjoyed the peacefulness of the surroundings. The resort offers a wide range of indoor activities that cater to all ages.The resort also hosts various events and activities, like karaoke nights, folk dance. The food at the resort was simply delicious! The buffet spread offered a wide variety of cuisine. The staff at Club Mahindra Resort were well trained. Our stay at Club Mahindra Resort was an unforgettable experience.

Perfect place for vacation. We had very comfortable stay with many kids. In restaurant Mr Avinash & Chef Mr Krishna Singh provided excellent service despite of heavy guest footfall. Number of baggi/auto should be increased in view of high temperature & heavy footfall.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a rustic charm that complemented the surrounding wilderness. The staff was warm, courteous, and always ready to help, ensuring we had a smooth and enjoyable stay. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a good variety of local and continental options. We especially enjoyed the traditional flavors of Madhya Pradesh. The resort also offers plenty of activities, including nature walks, cultural performances, and an inviting swimming pool. The highlight of our trip was the proximity to Kanha National Park. The resort helped us arrange a thrilling jungle safari, making our wildlife experience even more seamless. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature with great hospitality, Club Mahindra Kanha is a fantastic choice! Would definitely recommend it to families and nature lovers.

Club Mahindra never disappoints!! Luxury resort near khatiya gate, good property, excellent location clean and hygienic room good food, activities kids play area , activity room indoor outdoor games daily some activity for guest. Overall best holiday place only issue with service, quiet slow otherwise all staff humble and co operative.

Excellent resort. Excellent rooms and the entire complex is beautifully maintained. Loved it. Food was great. Every dish was very appetizing, wonderfully cooked and well presented. Huge variety and staff was willing to go out of the way to serve. Loved the food & service. Stayed in luxury tents. Very well maintained. Ramji did an excellent job in ensuring our stay was comfortable. My only suggestion is that in the evening they should serve tea & light snacks on the house. Instead of charging separately for each tea or snack. Minor point but can be added to room cost. Overall excellent experience!!!

The resort ambience was very picturesque and peaceful. We have a well maintained landscaping with lots of green area for kids to play and roam around. They have a beautiful pool which was clean and maintained. Lot of fun indoor activities were there in the HappyClub. We tried air hockey, carroms and arts and craft station where they have different kinds of painting options. Adventure activities in resort were zip lining, archery, gun shooting and similar things. Noteworthy activity was the e-cycle safari which is a must try. More details in the review. There's also EV charging available with a 22kW AC charger inside the premises which is a good thing for electric vehicle owners.

I got worst experience in reception from Neeraj Kumar Baghel as a hotel receptionists. He is very rude behaviour person. While the overall stay at Club Mahindra Kanha was satisfactory, I am compelled to express my disappointment with the resort's rigid and unsympathetic handling of an extra person charge for my 13-year-old son. Despite not availing any additional services such as extra bedding, meals, or amenities, an additional amount of 3,600/- was levied. I had personally approached Mr. Neeraj and Mr. Mayank (Resort Representatives) requesting a waiver of this charge purely as a goodwill gesture -- a fair and reasonable ask under the circumstances. Unfortunately, my request was declined without genuine consideration. If Club Mahindra truly values its commitment to customer satisfaction and long-term relationships, I strongly urge the management to immediately review this case and process a refund of the aforementioned amount as a goodwill gesture. Ignoring such genuine concerns not only tarnishes the brand's reputation but also risks losing loyal guests. I trust better sense will prevail and prompt corrective action will be taken.
