The Empire

This hotel is a nightmare so would not recommend at all. We had no option left so had to book this hotel as per room availability. We had booked the hotel and also called them about 5 hours ago to keep the room ready, and guess what all the requests and readiness was not done. 1. No water bottles and not towels provided which is basic necessities and also paid high for the room. Even after asking for it as it was not there they told owner is yet to come and key is with him to give water. Isnt it insane. 2. The rooms were also not cleaned as well. There was sand in the room as i believe prev guest had stayed and room not cleaned. 3. Shortage of staff and thise who were there were untrained and not supportive as well. Lacking basic courtesy which is base of every hospitality industry.

The Empire new hotel and room stay along with place to celebrate birthday and parties. You can book seperate room to stay near to petrol pump Mauganj. You can book this along with meal to celebrate party. This is newly opened and nice place.

The Owner of this hotel , behavior is too bad , We were gone there they are 2300 one room price and then the next customer came and they are selling Very high price in 3000 and they tell us if you want room stay or go Very Bad Service Don't go there

Me and my mom from Italy spent 1 night at Empire hotel, while we were on our way to Varanasi. The hotel is brand new, beds are really comfortable and the staff is super kind. Highly recommended :)

First tell me some more rates, after that you were telling some more rates in bigger numbers. Bad experience....
