Hotel Rituvan

Very bad hotel only the Food is good and the location. No cleanliness and Lizard and cockroach in room. Bathroom lock Found Broken. AC Water leaking in room. Room was not Cleaned on time even After 2 Hours of informing. Fridge Was not working .

AC wasn't functioning properly. Room size was large but the noise of the fan made us irritated. Service was really poor as there was no handwash liquid available in bathroom. They provided smallest bath soap for two people.

The place is so hyegenic the bed sheets are not clean the staff serving the food is only cleaning the washroom in the hotel, the food order at the time in 11:00 pm was delivered in 1:00 am after 11.30 pm they do not deliver food hot, in the hotel itself the kitchen is closed, why we must pay for such high cost room where room windows are broken, where in 41degc the A/C is not proper working because of broken window, unless you do not have contacts in this area they do not have service to you, in a month two times booked same room, but the room was not managed till in a month, before preparing to books room in this hotel in #mandsaur think twice or check it before booking...?????? If you wanna check room no. 118 where we stay for 3-5 days for our work..??? So before booking it chek it..

Good place, friendly staff, rooms are satisfactory, but they could do better by using new mattress and bed linen, toilets need to be focused on better cleaning

It absolutely sucks, the bathroom was dirty and the service was crappy and the staff was unhelpful,the sheets were not clean and there was no water at the room in the hote

Most pathetic rooms... some weird stains on bedsheets. Bathrooms were smelling bad.

Owner is renovating this place for last few years. Wish he does it quickly. We had to change three rooms in one night

Top class hotel in mandsaur. Near by railway station and bus station. Locate at Mhow neemuch road.
