Hotel Fortune Mandsaur

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout our stay. Instead of offering basic courtesy, they behaved as if they were doing us a favor just by talking to us. I decorated the room for my first night. They didn't inform me about the extra charges, and when I checked out, they charged me 1500 for linen--cheap bedsheets worth Rs 100. Totally fraudulent. To make matters worse, we were charged extra without any prior notice or explanation. When we asked for clarification, they responded arrogantly and refused to cooperate. It felt like we were being taken advantage of. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also completely ruins the experience of staying in a hotel. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this place. There are far better options where you'll be treated with respect and transparency.

Excellent Stay - Highly Recommended! I stayed at Hotel Fortune for almost 10 days with my family of four, including an infant and a toddler, and had a wonderful experience throughout. The room was decently sized and comfortably accommodated all of us. One of the best things about the hotel is that it's relatively new, so you're guaranteed clean, well-maintained rooms and bathrooms--which made a big difference, especially with little ones. The property felt fresh and hygienic, adding to the overall comfort. The staff were polite, and always helpful. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and quite good for the price we paid. While I don't have any complaints, I do have a couple of suggestions. It would be great to see more variety in the breakfast menu and perhaps some rotation throughout the week, as it did feel repetitive over our 10-day stay. The Wi-Fi was a bit inconsistent so that can be improved. Also, parking can be a bit tight due to the hotel's prime location on a busy street, but that didn't impact our experience. Overall, Hotel Fortune exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend it to families or anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay in the heart of Mandsaur City.

All the reviews are fake... I spent Rs 2500 for a single night stay. The room was very small and unclean. The toilet was not upto the mark and the seat was broken. It was a pathetic experience to be honest. I think it's worth is not more than 1000 per night stay.
