Hotel Dev Residency

Must stay on place for my business visit to Mandsaur. Staff behaviour, Food and cleanliness of rooms are top pick. Also fir my budget food options are good

Would not recommend this hotel for stay. The rooms are dirty, washroom are not properly clean with no eminites. Also breakfast not up to the mark. Even after having very basic facilities the room tariff are quite high

This is a rubbish hotel. Better go to some other hotel, strange people sit at the reception

Dev Residency is a good hotel at the heart of the Mandsaur . Very Much cooperative staff with neat and clean rooms with very affordable rates most of the rooms are AC only so don't compare it with cheap class hotel. Food quality is awesome , also you can get home type food is also there. Paneer Paratha is the best recepie along with sev tamatar or sev bhaji with papad . Papad is very famous over there. We will get daily newspapers over thers that to free of cost. Value for money with accessible reach to every corner , very close to bus stand as well as railway station is also near by.

I went to this restaurant with my family on the occasion of Diwali. I thought that the food will be very nice but it was terrible specially manchurian. We have ordered Garlic Nan but it's taste was not good.. it was like normal nan. Quality of panner was also not that great. It was hard. They need to fix eat. Room was nice. Seats and table were comfortable. It was fully air conditioned. But when we went there was no one in the restaurant. So we thought the service will be very fast but in reality it was opposite. They took 30min just to bring starter. I'm thinking what will be the service when there will be rush. I hope they will fix their quality of food and service.

In Mandsaur, there are few options for a traveller to stay. I was there for business, and obviously needed a decent "value for money" place to stay. This hotel disappointed me.||||You have to climb quite a few steps to access the reception. the service at reception is not very prompt. the lace is cluttered. lift is very narrow, can hardly accommodate 2 persons. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, though.||||Aisles are very narrow.||||To access the hoel restaurant, you have to get down those steps again and go in basement. You need to wait a while for breakfast to be served.||||I will look for other options next time. Although there are limited options here.

Worst experience not good hotel bathroom no water. No maintaince,food worst quality. Please stay at other hotel not on this hotel. Staff behavior is also very rude and no wi-fi and no one listen after telling n numbers of times. Nothing is good even breakfast also no parking facilities.
