Terrible Experience - Would Not Recommend I initially planned to stay at this hotel for 14 days but ended up leaving after just one very uncomfortable night. The bathroom was not cleaned, and the bed sheets and pillow covers were extremely dirty. To make matters worse, the TV wasn't working. I contacted the reception multiple times requesting clean sheets, room and bathroom cleaning, and help with the TV, but no one responded or took any action. The lack of basic cleanliness and customer service made the stay unbearable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms and bathrooms not very clean and foul smell. We took 2 rooms - 1 suite and 1 super delux. The corridor was smelling of smoke. Not good to stay with family and kids. Room service slow too. Parking is also a challenge.

Room and service is good .Food is worst.Also breakfast is served in kabutar khana where they fly over foods and spread disease.

Hotel is nicely maintained and highly recommended for family stay. It's just 5 min away from railway station by Auto. Morning breakfast also have good menu of different 5-6 dishes. Food taste is also good and room service is quick. The reception and service persons are humble and polite.

Located in heart of city, service and hospitality is good. Good value for money hotel in Mandsaur.

When it comes to hotels... There is always talk about rooms, service and location... While the rooms where average both the variants where nice deluxe and super deluxe rooms...when it comes to service they where much better compared to other hotels in the area...while this hotel is also located where near to central bus station and can travel by walking.... Other then that breakfast is included in both the variants of room.....Breakfast was nice with decent options available at the restaurant. Overall good experience

The hotel is just a cut above the other hotels available at the same rate and area. I would like to wholeheartedly appreciate the staff and the personnel involved in its functioning. The rooms are very luxurious, spacious, and comfortable. They are hygienic also and they offer a proper range of amenities. The hotel works practically well. The interior and vibe are up to the mark of what is expected from a 3-star hotel. The plush atmosphere just excites the feeling of pleasure...

As per the room tariff, service is slow, TV sets are branded but using local cable facility which is of no use/ highly disturbing & irritating. As per the hotel repute & it's room tariff, the management must understand these issues. One cheap thing spoils the image of good looking property. Cleanliness I appreciate. Food quality I'll have to see. but few things are really irritating.
