Review of Hotel Payal Palace: Worst Service & Rude Manager I had an extremely disappointing experience at Hotel Payal Palace. From the moment I arrived, the service was unprofessional and poorly managed. The staff was unresponsive, and basic amenities like cleanliness, hygiene, and room service were completely ignored. The manager's behavior was the worst part. Instead of addressing concerns, he was rude, arrogant, and dismissive. Any request for assistance was met with attitude rather than solutions. It's clear that guest satisfaction is not a priority here. Rooms were poorly maintained, and the hotel's facilities were far from what was promised. Food quality was below average, and even after multiple complaints, nothing was done to improve the situation. Overall, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. If you're looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay, avoid Hotel Payal Palace at all costs.

We stayed for on night in mid December and have a bad experience here. Cuetains were not provided on the Room window of Room No. 24. On asking at Reception, Manager did not listen and give a wrong feedback that there is no need of curtain and Curtains are not provided in any room. In fact every room first floor has curtains. Also, components of Split AC were inappropriately placed in the room.

Visited Maheshwar during Diwali 2024 with Family & booked 2 rooms for 1 night.Hotel location is good and rooms are also good. Construction work was going on so was not working & bit dusty. We went by road from Surat so we were concerned about parking & they have ample space for parking.they also have garden with swing-slide n big-board games like snake-ladder, ludo, chess so kids also can have good time. Location is also good, 1km from maheshwar ghat.

Good place to stay as well as to organise events, staff is cooperative. So many A/c and non A/c rooms are available as well as you can also get cottage type rooms too.

This is more of hotel which yatris of Narmada Parikrama stay. We stayed here for a very short while. The ghats are about 4km from this hotel and the main town itself is about 2km. As part of this property there is a handloom retail shop which offers a wide variety of Maheshwar saris. Room service is not available here.

It is a good developing hotel. A lot of work has to be done in creating a nice experience. Everything is fine.
