Worst hotel to stay in. I relied on google reviews and went to this hotel with my family for a brief stay at Mandla. The hotel is definitely NOT worth the money. The rooms are filthy, the sheets were so dirty as if never washed. Even though we asked to change the sheets, the apparently new sheets they gave were equally dirty. They did not even provide us with towels, which is the basic for every hotel. The water they gave us was not sealed bottle but a refilled one and had a strong smell of chlorine. Again, hotel standards are to provide at least two complimentary bottles of water. But this place doesn't do that either. I travel a lot and have stayed in a lot of hotels but this one was definitely the worse. For a 1900 room, there service was not even worth 500. Will never go back here and will strongly recommend others to not go here either.

If there is an option for negative reviews I will surely opt for that. I have booked for a ceremony but staff behaviour is pathetic. On call they just hang up with nonsense replies. Charge for air-conditioned room but periodically they swich off AC and Lift for cost cutting.

Its a new hotel with beautiful rooms and good staff behavior with supportive attitude. Location of the hotel is really good it is just in front of the Krishi Upaj Mandi, Mandla.

Rooms are average... Service staffs are good.. Location is almost good.

Service and Rooms are good. Staff also cooperative but rent is high.. Overall Satisfied
