Hotel R.K. Regency

The hotel is really amazing and food is tasty as well. A very nice, clean and spacious place best suited for marriage and reception functions. Rooms are also affordable. Loved the service and ambience of the place. It has separate halls for each of the wedding and reception functions which makes it very easy to host a wedding. The best banquet and the dinner menu you can get. Great view from the rooftop open air restaurant. Loved the breakfast options as well. location is great and nearby VIP road. Thanks to the staff and management for making this stay in Bhopal memorable. Great trip.

Highly unprofessional staff. Made me empty my room forcefully. The same thing happened with an acquaintance. The service is really bad and the hotel staff is unable to handle anything. What these hotel owners/managers should realise that the customer(s) should be their number 1 priority. When the customer is polite and humble enough, they should have the same attitude towards them. The staff was unnecessarily rude. They do not understand what professionalism is. Have weird rules like locking up the hotel at 10pm after which no one is allowed to leave the hotel. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Avoid staying in a room here if you're looking for a good stay.

Good place. Quite affordable rooms. Room service and the whole staff including kitchen and managing staff is really friendly. They'll try to help you out with many of the things possible by them. Must stay in case if you want to explore mandla

Very good location. Right at the centre of the city. The food is very nice and tasty. The only problem is that there is no geyser inside hotel rooms which may be a problem in winter. However, you can order it from their room service.

Worst Hotel. I came here on 12th May 2018; 4:00 pm for 3 days. On 14th I told them I might leave by 7pm. The manager asked me to pay the bill so it will be convenient. I paid full bill for 3 days. At sharp 7 pm the manager called me and very rudely asked me to vacate the place. Even after explaining him that I'm entitled for full day he did not listen and asked me to leave. My bus was scheduled for 10pm. I asked him to let me stay for at least 2 more hours (not a request . My right to stay in the place for which I paid) but he denied very rudely and then even didn't care to talk to me. Worst experience. (Even they lock the hotel at 10pm in night and don't allow you to go out... Who does that! ) There are many better options available nearby. Sitting at the busstop and writing this post. Really dissapointed ! :(

Hotel staff or owner behavier was so rude. Food quality and test not so good but they charge high as not having restrent food provide in room with add tex for that, Lodge was not safe in room. If you carre expensive or costly item so dont left in room when you outside.

Rooms are good. Services are prompt. Location is just beside bus stand. Bur parking space is not enough. Washrooms need modernization.
