Everything was very good whenever we stey here , we always feel at home. The staff is also very helpful. Overall you can say that you will not find a better place than this in Mandla thank you

Our stay at Mandala Kingfisher Resort was disappointing despite the beautiful property and good amenities like the water park, movie theater, game zone, and restaurant. The rooms were comfortable, and meals were included in the package. However, the service and management were unprofessional. There was no buffet despite meal inclusion, and the staff struggled to handle large crowds. The water park timing was unclear, and we were denied access after checkout--even though it was the main reason we booked the stay. Basic services like in-room tea were also missing. Overall, poor communication and mismanagement ruined what could have been a great experience. Would not recommend until they fix their service issues.

I was trying to get some water park away from my location for some travel and water park activity and I found this resort online and spoke with Misra ji, who was really nice person and look after customer really well. I visited Kingfisher Water Park & Resort in Mandla, and I was thoroughly impressed with their hospitality. The cottages were nice but not proper maintained. The bedsheets were having stains. The food was also not good. But it is good for one night stay
