Citrus Prime Kanha Resort and Villas

The place is beautiful, clean and well maintainded. The room was big and the two balconies offered us much delight to see the forest like in a picture frame. The bed was comfi, AC and all working well and the jacuzzi was a big hit. The very best thing was the poil, clean and fresh, the perfect cure after safari. The food was tasty. The only downside is that at night there was a group of young guests partying loud. Other than that, we would certainly return and strongly recommend the place to other people.

I had a wonderful stay recently with my family at Citrus Prime, Kanha, Madhya Pradesh. The property is beautiful, the food was delicious, and the service was truly commendable. A special thanks to Aditya for personally taking care of our food preferences, and to Mr. Aayush (GM) and Mr. Shivam for their warm reception and attentiveness throughout our stay. Their dedication to guest comfort made our experience truly memorable.

We stayed here from 2nd April 2025 for 2 nights. I must say property is very good in terms of location , rooms , dining, and ofcourse swimming pool which is their USP. The food quality was quite good, however, the main drawback was the limited variety available. Since we were on the AP (American Plan), we expected a wider selection, but unfortunately, the menu was fixed and rather restricted. When guests are paying higher tariffs for their rooms, it's natural to expect a more extensive and premium level of service, especially in terms of dining options. A thoughtful touch that was missing during our stay was the absence of a welcome drink and refreshing towel, either at check-in or upon returning from the safari. These small gestures go a long way in enhancing the guest experience and are often expected in properties of this standard. Overall property is good , if maintained and served well.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel and highly recommend it! From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel right at home. They were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable - every area was spotless, from the rooms to the common spaces. The attention to detail was truly impressive. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to suit all tastes. Whether it was a hearty breakfast or a gourmet dinner, every meal was well-prepared and full of flavor. The restaurant staff were also very accommodating to special dietary requests, which was a nice touch. The ambiance of the hotel was lovely - it had a perfect blend of relaxation and style. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, making it the ideal place to unwind after a day of exploring. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. We'll definitely be back!

The most dirty and pathetic hotel visited till date. After arrival forget about welcome drink no one offered us a glass of water. Receiption area was full of dust and dry leaves everywhere. Same with rooms not properly cleaned and for everything you need to call just for example Tv was not working towels not given etc. The most pathetic part was food almost same food given in entire stay. We went for safari early morning despite request given for early breakfast they forget and blamed us only that we e have not given any request also after returning from safari we found room was as it is and no room service visited for cleaning purpose or for Changing bed sheets or towels etc ... after complaining we got same reply that without confirmation or call we don't provide any service... so book this hotel at your risk and all the best ....!

Great property with 5 star like facilities including a clean swimming pool. The staff is very helpful. Beautiful rooms. Sivam is a great guy and all staff including kitchen staff were wonderful.

Service was poor. Cleanliness was horrible.. there were leaves everywhere. The furniture at reception had an inch thick dust layer as if it was not dusted for weeks Housekeeping was so delayed. One of the rooms TV wasn't working . Despite of repeatedly calling noone came.. they rectified it only after my husband had a word with them the next day... Non- veg options were the same for all 3 meals we had there.. Also they completely forgot to pack our breakfast for safari despite of reminding them the previous night and above that they had the audacity of telling us that we did not inform them all together. Which was horrible.. Food service was delayed too. Had to wait 15-20 mins just for rotis. Next day when we went for safari they did not clean the room n when asked they said they do it only on request. No fresh towels n toiletries were provided

We stayed for 2 nights at citrus prime kanha. we enjoyed our stay and holi celebrations. Food and service was awesome. Resort is well maintained. management and the team are very good and took care of us very well. A well deserved resort.*A well deserved stay.
