Good hotel with good staff and services

Good in comparison with pearl hotel..but can be more clean.ur cleaning department is not working well at all.

Don't even feel like giving a single star. The rooms are overpriced as hell and the service is much worse than the price. The staff is ok but the manager is rude and talks to guests like we're staying here for free. No geezer and the lights go off multiple time at morning. The AC was there but not working.

Rooms are good. Services are also good. Lift is not there so it should be installed, as moving up and down from second and third floor is a problem for elders.

Best hotel in mandla

Very bad experience, bed sheets was dirty, shower head was broken, hand jet was not working. Only gud thing is that they have indoor parking. Else everything was bad. Will never visit this hotel again.

Location is pleasent but the rooms have toxic odour and services won't work after 8pm

Hotel was very good . Nicely clean , food was even tasty too. Definitely I'll try to come if I'll visit Mandla again
