OYO Home Hotel Jagmani Palace Bar & Restaurant

One of the worst hotel I have ever seen. I had booked my room 10 days ago of my visit through OYO and the hotel checked in me before I reach the hotel and gave my room to someone else then they were demanding 1300 early check in charges. When I denied to pay the charges they said u cannot have room here then midnight I had to find another nearby hotel . And when I called OYO customer care they promised me refund but it never came. So both OYO and Hotel service is worst. So never Trust OYO for best service. Instead Use AGODA OR Make my trip for room booking.

They demanded extra money saying the price shown on Agoda/oyo is not updated. As my train arrived late and when i reached the property at 2 AN i have to leave the property at mid night with my family and Customer service from Agoda/oyo just hold my call again and again for almost 1 hours.

A1 food and best service, nice taste and Fresh meal
