Worst ever experience ever had... No TV no light proper, NO AC proper

OVER RATED and OVER PRICED HOTEL, Visit nearby places. Worst staff behaviour

Worst hotel Room stinks Dirty washroom. No geyser. No power backup No tv No telephone No room service not even tea. They stop AC in the midnight. So Beware. Bad experience. Better choose Other hotels near mandir. Like kastoori (bit costly) or anandam.

Rooms were not prepared before check-in. Unclean rooms and bedding. No geyser. Solar water comes after wasting 4-5 buckets of water. Taps were half broken in almost every room. Water in Bisleri bottles was filled from outside and had weird taste. No toiletries provided except a soap. Half of the lights were not working. AC did not work. This was actually the single worst ever hotel accommodation we have ever come across.

Since it was very crowded in Maihar we had no choice so we had booked this hotel... Rooms were very very dirty. Dustbin was full of stuff.. chai disposable glasses were kept on the window. N filthy washrooms and walls. Tv was not working. No restaurant, and no one for service also.. i cant believe how these ppl give rooms to their guests without even cleaning them... very bad stay experience..

Booked hotel by phone and later directly walked in ( no security deposit paid) . Reserved 2 aircondition Room. Hotel is located close to maihar station and in a busy market area. Satisfied with location but literally no room service and not a value for money. They gave toom keys without room preperaration. Wardrobe was full of rotten prasad from previous guests. No towel, no soap. Hotel infrastructure is good but staff is not attentive so dont expect any room service. No facility of lunch or dinner. Asked to change the room but next room also was not cleaned and Ants all around the floor. When I complained about hotel service and room cleanliness to staff he showed no sign kf remorse as if he dont care.
