Hotel Akriti

The hotel was exceptionally clean, with a friendly and helpful staff who made us feel very welcome. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and would definitely stay here again.

My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The only advantage it has is its proximity to the bus stand, which is convenient for travelers. However, everything else about the experience was far from satisfactory. The rooms were just average, with nothing special in terms of cleanliness, comfort, or amenities. The washroom, however, was in an absolutely terrible condition. There was a constant foul smell, making it extremely unpleasant to use. To make matters worse, the jet spray was broken, and the flush was not working properly, causing major inconvenience. Additionally, the electrical fittings in the room were dysfunctional. Many switchboards were not working, making it difficult to charge electronic devices. There were no food facilities available in the room, and even though the hotel had a menu, nearly 90% of the listed items were unavailable. The wait time for food was excessively long, and the service was completely unprofessional. The staff lacked any sense of hospitality and did not make any effort to improve the situation. On top of all these issues, the hotel was highly overpriced due to Kumbh Mela, making the stay feel like a complete waste of money. Overall, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

Food is good but limited choice. Very hot, no proper cooling. Forget about AC even coolers are not there in the restaurant.

Did not go inside rooms just had a casual look at it,as we had halted here to have lunch at appu restaurent while going to prayagraj & returning from prayagraj. Appu restaurent served nice,tasty,& fresh food at very reasonable rates. Staff was cordial, service was also superb.

Very nice place to stay. Rooms and location justifies the tariff. Food quality is Good. Cleanliness just outside the hotel requires attention.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR STAY. We went there to search for room but the charges they told and the way they talked was socking.. 2500 for 2 hours. 5000 for 24 hours. They are not giving room on actual rates and giving excuses the rates they have increased due KUMBH 2025 Crowd.

We have stay in this hotel yesterday it was too bed experience we had , there is very poor service even we are asking extra bed also for many times but they will denying continuously and finally entire night we have not received any extra bed and we are asking hot water that also they will not given and gyser also not working if we are complaining also there is no reaction and dustbin also very very dirty we asked to change but they have not done and from baathroom also very very dirty we ask to clean they have not done and from bathroom all the dirty water came from room our entire room also mess with bathroom water we have taken total 3 rooms our all friends are very very disappointed, and entire room charges they will collect in advance so guest can't do anything after paid the full amount so please take care of this kind of chitter people, it's my own experience, even we got fever and we ask hot water to take tablet but they are totally denying and they are saying after 7 am only we will provide so please be careful from this kind of chitter guys, we never sujjest to use this kind of hotel better don't use, thanks, we have paid 8500/- for 3 rooms but the amount was not use. Morning we ask tea also little early because of we have to go to Saradha Mata Darshan but that also they are not provided on time , even baathroom cubbod also in damage condition, so please take care of your own risk.

This is good restro for food but hotel service is worst Pricing is so high as room condition, They dont have proper staff for room service And behavior of staff is unprofessional
