Labboo's Cafe and Lodge

Stayed for 2 nights.it took a night to settle there as services and amenities are too basic. But staff is too gentle, kind and sweet. It was more like you are visiting your granny home in a distant countryside. where not much is there but still you love the ambience. And whatever they have served, the services ,although were not upto the mark of a hotel stay, they served with honesty. it was more like a home stay. food was simple, local and delicious. To mention the names, I think , the guy's name was Nilesh, Sandhya, and a lady who cooked meals, all are nice folks. Even the security guards, who are the only staff after 8 p.m. It was unusual but believe me, we were fine with it next day. You are staying in fort premises, so near the fort ghat, all this made a wonderful stay. they need to work on few things, but we loved it and the folks. Thank you.

Had expected better hospitality as we were not allowed inside even after 8 am.Had heard so much of its name but site mentions opening time of 8 am. But the gatekeeper sir refused simply saying don't come here till 9 am . We were 2 families including 3 kids. Kindly change the time of opening if the great gatekeeper doesn't feel like opening it for the next 1 hr. Anyway we got admission around 9.And after that experience was good.We had a good time.Freshly cooked breakfast.Attentive service. Best part was the story behind the name Labboo.It was touching. Facilities are a bit rustic but better than the others

Very kind and softspoken staff, they understood tourists like us very well and looked after our needs and recommended the places to visit... Therefore the best place to stay in maheswar.

Visited Labboo's cafe for breakfast. Quaint, little, really old (400yrs+), beautiful and peaceful place under shawdow of the trees. Polite and helpful staff (Nilesh), good simple food. Tried Idli Sambhar, Aloo Parantha and Veg/ Aloo sandwich, everything was good. Highly recommended.

Just one word ... Outstanding! You will not regret staying here ... The staff is very helpful, polite and understands hospitality. The rooms were neat and clean equipped with hot water and toiletries. We stayed on the first floor, Room Parakeet which was quite spacious and had a twin bed. We were served bfast which was idli sambar, poha, masala toast, aaloo paratha and must say the food qlty was good ... One of the staff members helped us connect with local guide who took us thru the ahilya devi fort, ghats and surrounding temples and the experience was totally worth it ... Highly recommend staying here

Location is prime. Rooms (in the fort!) are charming, though a bit barren. Restaurant is very good and staff are extremely friendly

A delightful lunch experience at Labboo's Cafe in Maheshwar! The food was absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations. The service was good and the staff were friendly and attentive. The ambiance was nice, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal after exploring the historic town of Maheshwar. Highly recommended for travelers looking for good food in Maheshwar. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and would definitely visit again!"

Its just at the entry of Fort, we had breakfast here. It was good, ordered Paratha and Idli. We walked here and we parked at some other place. Online UPI is there. Mornings were bit busy.
