Room are fit for two adults and their luggages. Customer service was not satisfactory as they maintained very strict rule for breakfast like no extra paratha or coffee. No hot water continuously as they run on solar. They will provide using portable heater once informed. Rooms are near and bathroom is well clean. No lift.

Very poor service received during our stay. Their rooms are small but well decorated, but there were hairs on bedsheet, they provided electric kettle but they didn't provide any tea sachets, milk powder, sugar etc. When we asked why it was not provided, they said we don't provide. They staffat reception so bad behaved, he dared to say we are giving because you are begging. Just think how bad behaviour they have. Rooms are filled with mosquito, they provide tea in broken filthy cups. When asked, their explanation was that they don't have better. When asked to provide extra blanket they gave a smelly blanket which was replaced. We have chosen this hotel seeing good reviews in Google but not sure whether their service deteriorated recently with current staffs. You shouldn't book this hotel unless you don't have any other options. If you don't care about good service you can proceed and experience this hotel.

New room but small toilet. As usual typical non professional staff and not known about Aarti timings. Till 8.30 breakfast was not ready. Without lift. Breakfast same sweet poha and tasteless alu paratha. Zero recommendations. Although claiming new hotel but there is lot of maintenance issues. Entrance is not good

Rooms were good but glass cups were not clean. Mineral bottle water was not provided with room charges. Included breakfast was limited just 1 plate poha, 1 plate paratha, tea per head. Paid Food options were not good.

Good locatin and well behaved staaf Grat food and very economical hotel. Defiantly ill stay again

Hotel gave us early check out and also arranged for us to hire a vehicle for sightseeing at Mandu. Very cooperative and polite interactions. This was my repeat visit to the hotel

Overall best stay and services. Availability of Lift services will definitely help senior citizens.
