Hotel Panchratn Palace

The rooms are good for stay. The owner and staff are well behaved and cooperative. Prices are reasonable. The breakfast options included in stay were good we tried puri bhaji The bhaji was very tasty and puri quantity was great. Good taste, good quantity. 2nd we tried grilled sandwich which was also very tasty and good quality. Tea and coffee was also included and good taste and quantity. Overall a good experience only some plumbing issues which they responded quickly. Service is fast, staff polite owner friendly.

The manager of Hotel Raju Patel was extremely rude he spoke to me with anger both over the phone and in person. His behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. I felt very uncomfortable during my entire stay. This kind of attitude is not acceptable I will never recommend this hotel to anyone!

Good room. Study table and chair missed. Could have designed the toilet in better way. WC placed at corner even though lot of space was available.
