It is a very nice hotel consideration how big and developed Kotma as a town is. The hotel management team is very polite but they take very long time to solve very minor issues like bringing towels etc.

I love this place very much...i use to do my functions here only................. I.must recommend to use once their service..a quality hotel in our area............ Food quality is nice and rooms are really comfortable.......... .................................. . .. ..........

My hotel is very nice places of but kotma public city is not good my own is best own in tha City not a hayper is a very positive natur and i am happy to my posting Shree Shyam palace reception manager i am so happy okk

Had really bad experience here. Manager was very ill-mannered to us. Atleast they should not be disrespectful to customers if they can't be polite.

Good Room at low cost.service is too poor. Food is good. Nice place to stay in Kotma
