Hotel Shri Nivasa Inn

Overall 1 star is because of the SAFETY concern. We 3 friends visited omkareshwar and stayed in this hotel. In morning 2 of my friends left for temple, I was in room resting as I was not well. While I was scrolling reels on my phone someone from outside used a mastercard or a 2nd card available with them I Don't know from outside and he was very clever to do it with no noise other than card authenticator tone very slightly and swiftly and opened the door as soon as that person realised someone was inside the person closed tha door and ran away. He was so fast that by the time I reach to the door from my bed he was gone. They might have opened thinking all 3 of us had left for temple. After I did ask the staff they said not possible no one came after a argument and I asked him to check cctv he confessed and said galti se agaya hoga.

One of the best stays of my entire trip to Omkareshwar, Indore and Ujjain. For a room with a king size bed for 2 people they charged us 1200 after a little bargaining. The room and washroom are neat, clean and well maintained. About 2 km from the temple and the hotel is on the main road, so we can easily identify.

Worst place to visit with no food & rooms & beds are very dusty & the staff is very rude as specially the manager of the hotel. They fight on towels & soap by saying only 1 towel & 1 soap per room as compare to other hotels they give towels & soap per person. Very worst experience. Don't book the hotel when you're with your family

Hotel Shri Nivasa Inn, Kothi, Main Rd Omkareshwar. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. It's was a wonderful stay at Hotel Shri Nivasa Inn. Thank you Mr Revadeep Sharma (front office/MD) for the arrangements and fabulous services Also thanks to all the hotel staff for the best services.They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Omkareshwar.They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn't wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Very bad service with very rude and arrogant staff. As these people are not hotelier's so they don't know how to talk with guests specially with family

Vary bad room service. Only give 2 towels in 4bed room. And in early morning they switch off the room ac. Very bad experience.
