SOULACIA, Kanha National Park

We spent two unforgettable nights at the jungle resort and truly wished we could have stayed longer. The staff were exceptionally attentive, warm, and knowledgeable--always going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment of our stay. The game drives were absolutely incredible, with some fantastic wildlife sightings that made the experience even more memorable.||Our room was spacious and featured a lovely sit-out area, perfect for soaking in the sounds of birds echoing throughout the resort. The lodge itself is quite expansive, and we were thrilled to spot jackals and rabbits right behind our tent.||Be ready to indulge here--they serve delicious meals and snacks throughout the day and are happy to cater to special dietary requests. The food was simply outstanding!

Great personnel at the hotel. Extremely hospitable staff - Nitesh, Bipin, Akhilesh have been helping us have a great stay since the get go. We had queries before we arrived and Akhilesh helped resolve them over telephonic conversations. Also, Bipin and Nitesh have ensured we are known of all facilities in and around, get the meals in time (especially for my 3 year old). Shoutout to the dining staff as well, who have been serving us some really good food since day 1 - Dhaneshwar, Anand, Kunj Bihari and Rahul. |The coffee shop is a lovely quiet place with some entertaining books to read. My son loved their pool table, carrom and outdoor area. He enjoyed the most in the swimming pool though. Some guests began playing Holi at the pool, and while we appreciate the sentiment, it seemed a shabby thought to enter a pool filled with colors, however, before we could intervene Nitesh had handled the matter promptly and asked the guests to refrain from playing holi inside. He also ensured the pool was clean for the other guests who'd enter the pool after the party that played holi in it.|Our safari also went smoothly, they packed a wholesome meal for us to have during breakfast. Our stay wouldn't have been better without the mentioned gentlemen! Thank you to each and every one of them.

Soulacia is a nice lodge with friendly staff. The property is conveniently located close to the entrance to Kanha NP and the village and its shops are a short stroll. The property is clean, although it is somewhat dated in its appearance which contributes to a slightly grubby feel. The towels are now off white and like cardboard. The pool area is lovely but would benefit from parasols above the loungers to provide much needed shade. The food was ok, not as good as we had experienced elsewhere but palatable and the packed breakfast desperately needed some fruit.|The lodge organised the game drives for our group and the jeeps provided for these varied greatly. Some jeeps were spacious, with padded seats and bars as well as pockets for storing water and binoculars etc. Other jeeps were completely opposite, with vinyl seats that you stuck to, no backs to the rear of the seats, exposing large screws that were painful when your knees hit them, and the bars had no padding so provided no protection for you back or head. There is an onsite naturalist who accompanied some of our group, if you were lucky enough to have him in your jeep you were likely to get good sightings and jeep positioning, if he wasn't in your jeep he would forget that you were part of a group, pushing his jeep to the front often at the expense of other jeeps in his group. There lacked a consistent and cohesive approach to the team drives, resulting in very different experiences for everyone. |Credits cards are not accepted for payment of your bar bill.|WiFi is only available in the communal areas.|Overall not a bad place, but could be better.

Had the best time here, the pool area is lovely and the food was really good. Staff were very helpful and there is easy quick access to the game park for tiger spotting. While we were here we managed to see two tigers, a sloth bear, leopard and a mongoose.

We had stayed for 3 nights and Soulacia provided best of the best services to make our stay comfortable and memorable . Staffs were very friendly and always ready to help . Food was really good and they even offered to prepare as per our choice. Evening snacks and tea over a bonfire where we can mibhle with other guests of the hotel was really good and enjoyable. They have a very knowledgeable Naturalist Mr Nitesh Anandam who was with us in both the Jeep safaris we took and even during the jungle walk , which made our jungle visits more interesting and enriched our knowledge about wildlife of Kanha. Thanks to Tyagiji for the hospitality .

The property is beautiful and the service is great|We stayed at Soulacia for 5 days. It is just 500m from the Khatia gate and we had tea delivered to our rooms at 5:30 in the morning before the Safaris.|Great amenities with a gamerooom, gym and a pool.|Surrounded by wildlife there is much to do even when you are not out for Safaris. Be it a dip in the pool or riding a bicycle

Excellent Hospitality with best team to take care of wild life safari. Start from driver , naturalist, restaurant team. Amazing. Food awesome. |The team know what safari want and the rules. Rooms are clean and spacious. |Shower best after safari. Good reataurant.

Amazing place to stay and staff co ordinated well.Will strongly recommend to my friends and others. Amazing food and hospitality.||They have own jeep and drivers.||Also a family place to stay and visit. Overall experience was too good. Had a amazing experience.
