Hotel Utsav Palace

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel, and I cannot stress enough how poor the service was. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was not only unhelpful but also rude and dismissive. I had to wait for over 30 minutes for check-in while they seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting guests. The room itself was nothing like the pictures advertised online. It was dirty, with stains on the carpet and a musty odor that didn't seem to go away. The bathroom had mold in the corners, and the towels were old and frayed. When I called down to request extra toiletries, I was met with indifference and told I'd have to wait at least an hour--an hour I did not have. The breakfast was another disaster. There was barely any food left, and what was there was stale and unappetizing. The staff in the breakfast area were unfriendly, and when I asked if more food would be brought out, I was given a dismissive "maybe later." Overall, this hotel was a complete letdown. The staff was unprofessional, the facilities were poorly maintained, and the entire experience was incredibly frustrating. I will not be returning and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

careful about booking price they can demand any time for more money if they see partner is your girlfriend, staff behaviour is vey bad. It is reality , after all not value for money. find better place , thats all.

Hotel Utsav in Wardha is the best. It is clean and very well maintained hotel run by courteous people. They serve nice tastey dinner just like our home. Their website says- We are driven by our philosophy of "building relationships" with our guests with service that anticipates and fulfills your smallest needs. We experienced that it's very very true and they are keeping their promises to the fullest extent.

It's very nice place and near to bus stand ,kneat and clean ....palace staff and owner are very polite persons, love to stay there...

Third Class hotel with Third Class staff. Avoid going to this hotel, better to sleep in your car then staying here. They don't know what cleanliness means.
