We booked two rooms . Nothing is complementary here. Even they charged for the shaving kit which is usually complementary in such hotels. I must say please open the door very carefully as the main switch is near the opening spot and your room key will be damaged due to the wrong fitting .they have charged 100 for that damage. We told them this is your fault in room design. Also when we told them that we will share your feedback and aware the customer then they have threatened us showing some old video of leakage and put responsible for us for that damage. Please be aware of such things . Also look for alternate if possible. Horrible experience .

Exactly poor hotel. Don't go by the words staff says. Always take things in written, otherwise when your complimentary breakfast becomes chargeable you will not understand.

Very bad hotel , It is not hotel it is jail . Not allow to out side food , if you want order dominos pizza you can not order ,

One of the worst hotel in khandwa , no hygiene, no proper redressal, over priced.

Restaurant: Located in a very good area, and has good ambiance. We ordered a variety of items, starters and desserts were specially very good. Pizza and Momos were not available Would recommend their special platter. Main course was also good, Dal Makhani could be improved. Stuffed Kulchas are recommended. Service and atmosphere is fine I would say, especially at these affordable prices

Have booked in hall for engagement ceremony, lunch for 100 people, 2 executive rooms, Pros :- 1) polite nature of the reception. 2) location in khandwa. Cons :- 1) staff was rude and unwilling to help with issues faced. 2) Ideally deserts were to be placed with lunch buffet, they served desert after 25 mins from start of the lunch. (Served very bad shreekhand, it was curd and colour, while booking they were claiming about quality control). 3) served sugarless tea to guests after my guest waited for 1 hour and on complaining about the same they charged additional for 20 tea (additional chages to bill is visible) 4) delay in everything, they had a standard response "sir AA rha h", "ho rha h". 5) not a very warmth response to everything. 6) had to remind the staff to refill items, guests were waiting in queue for starters. 7) changed grocery to paper cups during the lunch. Considering all the cons won't think will visit twice or have any celebration there.

Unprofessional hotel staff.A very good example of a very bad hotel Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with family and they have no consideration..they have no idea how to talk with kids and they hold my kids hand very hardly for not to blow up balloons... I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time.

Firstly, the service and behavior are bad, and the main issue is their lack of hygiene maintenance. I ordered the malai kofta and in the gravy, I found a steel wire of scrub, which was incredibly disgusting. Additionally, the taste of the food is just average. Their chefs don't know how to prepare popular main dishes. I would not recommend it.
