Room is good and spacious. Room is neat and clean.. but when we went there the lift didn't worked so we went upstairs to 5th floor ( as i remember) every floor stair corners are full of Gutka split mark and very much stinky. I think stairs are didn't cleaned from ages. Room service is ok. The staff won't talk unnecessary ( some people may think it's rude ). Overall stay experienc is good.

AC not working due to electricity issue and hotel staff dont want to help

A pleasant place to stay, with a well-maintained restaurant on the rooftop. Additionally, the staff was helpful and cooperative.

There are cracks in the room wall but it is well compensated by well mannered staff and great food options. I will definitely consider this hotel hands down when next I will plan a stay in Khandwa along with my family. Thanks for great hospitality.

Room was spacious with comfy furniture. Restaurant service was very good. Overall stay was great.
