Hotel JMS INN

Staff need to be improved. Faul smells from the toilet to be addressed. Room maintenance is also not adequate. The cost is reasonable for its location.

Worst hotel in india. Arrogant hotel owner. Untrained staff. poor servise. overall it is hell on the earth

JMS Inn Hotel Location is near by Bus & Railway station, Hotel Rooms tariff is not according to ROOM, it is too high, Hotel is not PH /PWD friendly, In house Restaurant is closed so Breakfast, Luch, dinner will be available on demand from outside. Cleaning & hygiene is not properly, staff behavior is average & services is poor,you can adjust for short stay not good for long stay, Main road approx 100 m. , All time Local conveyance available.

I had book dorm for myself. But they said they don't provide towel for dorm. Dorm was not cleaned. It was dusty and had a lot of mosquitos. Fan was not working properly.

Disgusting behaviour when I visited there not even gone to the room just come there for luggage keeping..as I was in khandwa for few hours as I had my train at 11 pm but they have charged full day charge. Manager and staffs don't know how to talk with the people ...go there at your own risk

Service good, hotel rooms good but toilet seats are little bit high, Food delivery is good but the FOOD quality and taste is not good. If you are from UP then you will not be satisfied with food taste. I prefer DHAABA over hotel food if I were to traveling OMKARESHWAR. GOOD LUCK

The front desk person was accommodating and polite, however they have untrained lady managing front desk during day who has no training in hospitality industry. Budget hotel which meets budget expectations

I checked in at Hotel JMS INN on 23-Nov-2022, Hotel Manager Mr. Rakesh Sharma ji's behavior was very bad and room service was worse and rubbish! But the location of the hotel is very good! Please improve your hotel manager Mr. Rakesh Sharma ji's behaviour and need customer behavior training! I would not recommend anyone to go to this hotel!
