Comfortable rooms with neat and clean washroom with all the facilities. Staff is very helpful. They made us room available in emergency. 5/5

The experience was very bad, room was not clean , washroom se smell aa rahi thi, bedsheet aur blanket bi washed nahi the, ac was not working properly, and food was not good in taste, the behaviour of a receptionist girl was very rude ,usko ye nahi pta ki customer se kese baat ki jati hai, they need to improve their behaviour and should maintain the rooms properly according to the charge

Overall a good experience. It's a budget friendly hotel which is 160+ years old. It's old infrastructure but rooms are huge and clean. Food is awesome and reasonably priced. Peaceful location and better than a few of the overrated hotels near the station.

Its old building mainly for Marriage function. Marriage garden is very small not good for large parties. New building has better rooms.

Very bad experience, no room cleaning, no hygiene maintenance, door broken, electricity plugs damage many more

Bedroom was quite good but the WIFI facility was poor. Also the water coming from Tap was very Slow . |Other than that the hotel is at good location near railway station. We didn't eat food there so can't comment on that note. The Television inside the room was also not good.

Good clean room and bathroom. Clean linens and blanket. Rooms old construction and acs are windows type and old . Breakfast is served on order in the room only . Good for business travellers. Reasonably priced. Location na bit inside difficult to get auto for transportation from the hotel .b
