Best hotel to stay while travelling to Khandwa and Omkareshwar. Best service with amazing food in terms of quality and taste. Rooms are clean and big. Staff is very good. Best thing about the hotel is the location as it just 5 mins walk from railway station.

The castle inn hotel at khandwa is on best location near by bus stop and railway station khandwa. Mr saluja is owner very polite and take caring of property.He is very much aware of customer service. The room neat clean and restaurant is fine and food very tasty. Over all staff very polite and prompt to deliver the service. Thanks to all and we recommend for visit to hotel one time minimum.

Pathetic service. Spoke with the reception and Mr. Pawan said it's not safe in the hotel to park my car ???

The castle inn owner (Mr. Saluja)is very rude some times he misbehave ,always demanding advance payment multiple reminder of payment early morning or late night.

The service is very very poor no proper management of the hotal and service is very poor. They forgot to bring to the fringe bowal
