MPT Maikal Resort, Bargi

I visited here with my family and stayed for a night. The premises of the resort is great. The staff too is very helpful and kind. A waiter named Raghunath was very humble. The rooms are excellent and make your stay happy. The food served is delicious and the restaurant offers a great view of the lake. The boating station is in the premises and we enjoyed our time in the cruise. Bargi Dam is very near from the resort and makes a great place for a morning or evening walk. Overall, the stay proved value for money and joyful. I strongly recommend this resort.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever seen near Maa Narmada River. The rooms are really nice and the views in the early morning are fantastic. The service is good, and the food is good (not the best I would say ). The water sport activities available are really good and value for money.

Very good tourist place but employees are less. If it is half occupied they can not provide service properly. In dining only 46 people can seat and eat at a time. Authorities must look into this

The location of the resort was much sought after, with a balcony in the river view room that provided a breathtaking view of the backwaters, resembling a boundless ocean. The rooms and the entire resort were clean and hygienic. The food was of high quality and prepared promptly. The cruise was an enjoyable experience, contributing to a remarkable and unforgettable stay. A truly serene and tranquil environment, conducive for quality family time, away from the hectic pace of urban life.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect - nestled in a peaceful, calm, and scenic area, yet conveniently close to the main highway, making it easily accessible without sacrificing tranquility. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was an awesome . I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat with all the amenities close by.

This resort is on the Nagpur-Jabalpur Highway. We were 6 senior citizen women and we booked this hotel after our stay at Motel Marble Rocks. It was about 1 hour from Bhedaghat. We had booked 3 river view rooms and the view was just enchanting- river Narmada appears like a sea - so vast and serene. It was a full moon night and our stay was unforgettable. Rooms, staff, meals, cleanliness and space was up to the mark. You can take a cruise, speed boat or houseboat ride here. We enjoyed the one hour cruise ride on the upper deck - at Rs 220 per head. Last cruise starts at 5 pm. We arrived by 4 pm, set up our luggage and went for the cruise ride which is just 5 minutes from the reception area. There are different categories of rooms but I would recommend the river view rooms for a memorable and heavenly experience. Though we were two persons in one room, the rooms are spacious to accommodate an extra cot for a third person. There is no other eatery nearby, so do opt for a suitable meal plan.

Hidden Jem. Location is amazing , you stay at the back waters of Dam. Rooms are well appointed , ambience is serene,Service and food is good. Multiple Boating options- speed boat, cruise etc. Good place to stay with family or friends

An enchanting experience. A must stay overnight to relax during a long journey. We stopped on our way to Prayagraj from Mumbai. Can b booked through Makemytrip. Food is also reasonably tasty and priced reasonably too. Staff is decent. Cruise/Speed boat ride is adventurous.
