Location of this resort is awesome, very calm & quiet, close to nature. Rooms are spacious well maintained with all amenities. One can enjoy the beauty of nature & dam from the room itself. Food was very tasty, breakfast buffet had variety of options. |Every staff member attending the guests was very polite, courteous & interested in making our stay comfortable.|We left with fond memories & a desire to return. We highly recommend Kutni Island Resort to any one looking forward for extraordinary comfortable stay close to nature.

This place is just amazing, the service, hospitality , space, views everything sums up to a 10/10. The most important is the friendly nature of the staff. They care for you and are willing to share info about the local area. The food is yum and cater to customizations . We loved it and would like to revisit when possible. Special mention to deependra ji and deepak nayak ji..

We stayed here for just one day, but it was a mesmerizing and unforgettable experience. The uniqueness of the property--once a fort--combined with the serene backwaters of the dam surrounding it, made our stay truly blissful.||We enjoyed breathtaking views of the sunset and sunrise, leaving us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.||The food was excellent, and the staff, especially Ankush and Nayak, were extremely cooperative and hospitable.||If you're visiting Khajuraho, staying at this place will undoubtedly enhance your experience. Though it is 14 km from the main city, it is well worth the journey, especially for nature lovers who appreciate tranquility.

Quite, serene, peaceful 18 km away from Khajuraho town, a place worth staying and enjoying the calm surroundings. Boat rides available on the reservoir. Well maintained standard rooms with complementary breakfast with a whole range of non/veg options.

This location is having ticket system - 100 rs. Per person just for entry. (Not value for money) The restaurant is full of unprofessional staff. They take orders but don't care about your time. You will just keep waiting and waiting for your meal. One of the staff members who generally takes orders, does not have manners to talk with kids. I have seen him behave rudely with kids. If I was the owner, I would immediately terminate him from his services. (Not worth it)

One of the best places in Khajuraho for outing . This place is unique of its kind, made inside the kutni dam a complete resort of 10 odd rooms plus a restaurant. The Manager of resort Mr .Manoj paul , gave a detailed description how the island was conceptualised and how it is managed . His generosity and smartness impressed us. The island could be visited anytime throughout year but the best time is September to February . Great outing experience.

Kutni Island resort is one of the best resorts. I have ever lived in. Handsdown, they have the best staff with amazing services. It is such a beautiful place. If you're finding peace. Then this is the right place for you to go and have a very Chillax weekend.
