SYNA Heritage Hotel - A Heritage Hotel in Khajuraho

I had the most beautiful wedding at SYNA Heritage Hotel, and I cannot thank the entire team enough for making it such a memorable experience. From the moment we chose this venue, everything was handled with great care and professionalism.|The hotel itself is stunning, with its royal architecture and elegant interiors creating the perfect wedding atmosphere. The arrangements were flawless. The food was another highlight; every dish was delicious, and our guests were extremely happy with the variety and taste.|A special thanks to Mr. Mahesh Ji, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His calm nature, quick response to our requirements, and dedication made the entire process easy for us. The entire staff was polite, attentive, and always ready to help.|SYNA Heritage Hotel truly made our wedding magical. Lovely property and friendly and super helpful staff. Our booking was messed up and they were incredibly accommodating at helping us to sort it out. Beautiful grounds with a gorgeous pool, decent food, comfy beds and overall a super relaxing environment after a day out at all the magnificent sights the town has to offer. It's easy walking distance to the main temples too. We loved our stay. Thank you!

The location of the property is good as it is located near the airport and outside the main crowded city. The property itself is well maintained and looks grand. The amenities are worthwhile and everything is functional. The food is good. The service at the breakfast is especially good and must be enjoyed by all. The evenings were better . The market is close by too. Overall a good place to be in. Highly recommended.

This heritage property in Khajuraho certainly lives up to its online photos when it comes to its sprawling grounds, abundant fresh air, and the peaceful outdoor environment. With multiple walking areas and a refreshing swimming pool, the property offers a delightful setting for relaxation. However, the rooms leave much to be desired - they are in need of renovation, with noticeable wear such as peeling paint and broken fixtures that detract from an otherwise charming atmosphere. Breakfast was good, making it a pleasant spot if you're seeking peace and comfort. For those considering the suite option, be aware that it's quite expensive relative to the quality offered. Overall, while the property excels in its ambiance and space, improvements in room upkeep would elevate the experience even further.

Terrible hotel and food! Paid for a suite double the amount for a normal room. The suite has a jacuzzi but there has not been any hot water even in the shower! They said it would take 16 minutes and I timed it still no hot water, plus the staff said that there isn't enough hot water for the jacuzzi!! . The food they served us at the restaurant was from the night before. Took less than ten minutes to bring out soft papad, mutton curry and cucumber salad. When does it ever take 10 minutes for a curry? the mutton had no meat only bones and chewy ligaments. But they charge the same as a main dish as the 5 star hotel like the Lalit or the Ramada. I ask for a room rate refund no solution only to change the room after we have unpacked. For a one night stay this is terrible .. considering there are almost no other guests checked in. Just avoid it or just pay for the tiny box room.

This is an architecturally beautiful hotel that has been neglected for too many years. The potential of the hotel is amazing. The management is neglecting the maintenance and renovation of this hotel, and that's a shame. Unless you are in the top rooms. Prepare yourself to take a shower in less than a minute. The hot water tank is extremely inadequate. The food in the kitchen is pretty sad after traveling for almost a month in India. This is pretty much the worst food that I had in any hotel that I've stayed. But the service was amazing. That's the one positive thing. about the place, and of course, the location is very close to amazing old temples.

The Syna is a heritage hotel in Khajuraho with beautiful landscaped greenery, garden and walk space, all parts of the property aesthetically kept up and clean. Rooms were comfortable and clean though not very large. The hotel staff are very professional and courteous. The restaurant served us breakfast for the pre-order, (since they were not yet full on their bookings), but really delicious and well served. Its totally worth opting for Syna while you are in Khajuraho.

Excellent location and ambience. Rooms could be a bit bigger: with the bed in place we have no place to be comfortable. Breakfast was a la carte on the 1 st day and buffet on the second. Mr Chourasia was an excellent food manager. A sore point was that the TV in the room was non functional and when we managed to get it going the hotel had not paid the fees to the channel. Embarrassing.
