Mukesh Housekeeping staff, room service staff and restaurant staff is good. Wonderful stay, enjoyed with the family at swimming pool and garden is big with its parking also ampule easily available. Receptionist is also good helped with safety pin in emergency but they should also have emergency medicine like fever and gastric issues.

Very nice service and hospitality from Jeetendra Rajak from house keeping. Overall interaction with the hotel staff was also very helpful and were always available for any needs. The upkeep of the property is also very well maintained and has good views.

House keeping named- jitendra rajak|Very polite and service was very nice provided by him. Cleanliness, room service, on time service request was made. Very obedient and less coordination required when the service was needed by us in the room.

Good room and food. But has very poor service team. The staff are polite but no action on complaints, or proper execution. Hot water in bathroom you need to remind them to start multiple times evening and morning, that too gets shut after sometime. After multiple reminder to get bathroom cleaned (after their maintenance staff dirtied it), had to give up. No staff at the bar to sell even after waiting 5 mins. Staff barge into your room using their key card and then ask if this is some other room number . Pathetic services .
