Khajuraho Homestay Manjoor Nagar Khajuraho

Myself and my friend stayed with Naeem his brother Naseem and family for 2 nights. We came to visit the temples and were there for the annual Khaharajo dance festival. |Our rooms were super clean with comfortable beds. ||We had breakfast and dinner at the Rancho and it was some of the best food we had in India. Cooked and served freshly from their kitchen by the family. There was fresh papaya picked from the tree in their garden for breakfast! |The family looked after us so well and Naeem, gave us all the information we needed for the dance festival and we had a day out with him in his tuk-tuk. Many thanks a fantastic stay!

My stay was truly delightful and exceeded expectations in every way. The property was immaculately maintained, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. The staff were exceptionally courteous, always ready to assist with a smile, and made me feel genuinely welcome. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with modern amenities for comfort and convenience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights.||The food was a highlight diverse options, fresh ingredients, and flavorsome dishes. The breakfast buffet, in particular, stood out for its variety and quality. The ambiance of the dining area was serene, making each meal an enjoyable experience.||Additionally, the location of the property was ideal, providing easy access to nearby attractions while maintaining a peaceful environment.

I can't say enough positive things about this experience. We stayed here 5 days and enjoyed every minute. As all the other reviews say, they are a wonderful family who will treat you like an honored guest. The meals are home made and wonderful. Naeem will take you wherever you want to go in his tuk-tik. Naseem can act as a competent guide, and recommend and contract other specialist guides as necessary. The family also has a canteen (store) down the road a bit, you can get snacks or drinks there. You can see the main western temple complex from the compound, and either get a ride there in the tuk tuk, or walk if you like walking.||The only caution I would have is to not rely on the wifi for work or critical tasks. This is no fault of the hosts, they provide a mobile hotspot for free, but this is such a rural area the service from the Jio telecommunications company is very low-bandwidth and sometimes not usable. If you are a digital nomad or absolutely need wifi, id recommend having backup sims and data for your own hotspot.||But hopefully you will be able to not worry about wifi, and just relax and enjoy this magical place and experience.

Excellent place to stay. Silent, calm and enjoy the nature. Owner is very helpful and empathetic person. Tasty home food . Chicken biryani was the best and tasty. ||Very affordable and beat place to stay in and around Khajeraho. The place is in walkable distance to western complex of Khajeraho.

I had a great experience at Mini Homestay! My room with private ensuite was simple and humble, and also very quiet and sufficient for a few nights to explore Khajuraho. Lallan Khan, Sazid Khan, and Sheeba Khan were amazing hosts, very welcoming and helpful with anything that I needed. They cooked delicious food for me at dinner and breakfast at very reasonable prices, and I really enjoyed just having conversations with them...thank you for everything!!||(Also, if you want a good tuk tuk driver for day-touring, contact Naim on WhatsApp at +91 98930 62010, he drove me around for 2 days)
