Greenwood Hotel

Pathetic service, very poor management. The hotel property and rooms are spacious but what's the point when: 1. Dirty bed sheets 2. No towels or any toiletries in washroom, and after calling endlessly, took almost 4 hrs to provide it 3. No cable connection in TV, broken remote 4. Such a huge property and no provision for driver. After lot of argument provided a dirty bad smelling store room which even driver denied to stay in. 5. No manager for the property and just any random guy from housekeeping managing the reception and of course not bothered about any complaints 6. Pathetic food 7. Broken furniture and water bottles not cleaned since ages, hence green moss at the bottom of the provided bottles Don't get trapped by fake reviews and pictures. There are hundred of options in the surrounding and even if you walk in, you will get multiple much better options.

The restaurant serves some nice dishes. It's right by the airport but the good news ends there. Don't believe the nice photos with flowers in the room making it look lovely. Also... be careful if you have paid online - be ready to show a receipt on checkout. We did and they still insisted we hadn't paid and did their very best to charge us again demanding a cash payment, in full, as their credit card machine 'wasn't working' !! They argued for 10 minutes before we just walked out. Book somewhere else.

TV channels not available and No proper fooding was available Still they charged 600 for buffet dinner which was very bad and cold. some guests were given food ordered from outside. need refund of those 600 from hotel Though staff behaviour was good And Good serenity and property.

Best place to stay airport is nearby and staff is very nice and very good hotel and management is also good

I wouldn't check in here again. The rooms were very clean, the shower was warm and the staff tried hard. But the service was poor. There was ALWAYS an error when ordering and it stressed me out that people often called or knocked on the room. It was probably supposed to be some kind of service, but I felt my privacy was being disturbed. The food wasn't really enjoyable and arrived cold to me. The hotel might be good for one night if you have to go to the airport the next day as the location is close to the airport and 10 minutes TucTuc from the city. There is better food there and next time I would rather look for a hotel in the city.

The Greenwood Hotel provides a pleasant stay, boasting a quiet and tidy environment with friendly and accommodating staff. The simple yet satisfying cuisine adds to the experience. However, the aging air conditioning units, which are quite noisy, detract from an otherwise excellent stay. Upgrading these units would undoubtedly elevate the overall quality of the hotel.

It's near Khajuraho airport. It's good property in affordable rate and very peaceful environment is there.
