overall experience poor | 22 February 2025 : The bed cover is not of proper size, pillow cover is used, items to cover as chadar was filthy that's why I used their towel to cover their pillow, bought new king size chadar / bed sheet to use in the night.||The bathroom pot was dirty...bathroom wall and door was not cleaned for many many days...there was no door mat absorbing wet leg coming from bathroom thereby whole room will be wet and dirty. | |Their window AC was having opening left which is mosquito path to come inside. No bath soap and other items provided. Cleaning / Pochha without Phenyl etc. No facility like kettle for having hot water, tea etc inside room. No Parking Place for vehicle as it is parked on Road side outside campus.

The location is convenient for travelers, and the night manager ranjit tiwari was very coopeative. The rooms were adequate and not much clean. Washroom was bit of dirty as well.

Ranjeet Tiwari is an all rounder taking care of clients very closely. Hotel is ok but staff is good in room service with clean towel & toiletry's:

Very unprofessional night staff, talking in rubbish manner whn asking for room service, even hot water not coming in taps , he came to our room with dirty shoe and whole room becomes dirty and he was not responding to clean it, behavior of night staff especially the handicapped person is too poor, unprofessional and harsh , please don't waste your money in this hotel Very low class service My rating is minus -5

Worst behavior of staff. The condition of the rooms, especially the bathroom and air conditioner, is pathetic. The behavior of the manager was extremely rude and inhuman. They offered low rates only to attract tourists. The quality of food is also very poor in relation to the price. They have no access to filtered drinking water. The television in the room is not working. not recommended

Good staff very helpful. I recommend you to stay here budget friendly and clean.
