Clarks Khajuraho

Just returned yesterday. The staff at the reception are typically bureaucratic telling us why we couldn't have something instead of trying. But the staff at the dining place was young and enthusiastic and very eager to help. We were assigned rooms really far away in a subterranean area when I think we were the only guests that day The room was supposed to be a pool view room but never mind. Oh the housekeeping needs to brush up its skills. Loo smelling strongly of pee and only hot water in the shower. That's right just hot water. Otherwise the room was very clean with nice clean sheets. The saving grace is the food. Brilliant lunch. And break fast. Also the servers were very good and taking care. But the staff at the reception needs retirement. Patronising attitude reminiscent of a government office

Stayed at hotel from 25th to 28th.march.Hotel is decent with spacious room,well maintained. Staff from check in to check out helpful. Lobby gracious.But breakfast need more to be done in quality &variety. Otherwise a nice stay. Hotel location is nice,close to airport and famous temples.

A few minutes drive from the major sites , large gardens and pool. Welcomed by enthusiastic reception staff to say a wedding being held at the hotel so they have put us in a room away from the venue to ensure we have a quite night. Restaurant served a buffet dinner for 800 rupees , superb value and excellent quality . Room , large comfy beds a good nights sleep. Breakfast , varied and good quality Really good vibe about the staff who make you most welcome. Excellent venue.

I got married here in 2022 and everything was amazing. Fast forward to 2025, I came for a friend's wedding. The staff has changed and it's horrible. They don't know the basics of hospitality industry. Your experience is bound to get super bad especially because of their property manager Sandeep. Don't book the place for any wedding function. Strict Red flag

Stayed in Ramada Khajuraho fir a night before moving in to clarks for our event. And the stark difference between both the properties fizzled out my excitement even for the event. The hotel and staff have good intention to help but the property is badly run down. The access to rooms is miles of walking which I personally didn't mind but older people must refrain. The pool was so unclear water that I couldn't gather the courage to step in. Tge room was not clean despite enough time to prep up room. Like dirty bed linen. Hair on the bathtub. Dirty kettle. Filthy Dirty phone which we just couldn't dream of putting against our ear. We did call for help. The service was very prompt but how mu h can they help if the makntainance isn't on point. My friend had to clean everything with disinfectant wipes. The badminton and basketball courts look like from out of a haunted movie. Strongly recommend to not use this property unless they renovate.

Had a great stay with Clarks. Awesome property with good people. Staff is well trained. Everything was just perfect. Spa services and restaurant staff .. everything was excellent.one of my best stay. Loved it. My best wishes to this hotel. Value for money. Keep up the good work

We booked Clarks Khajuraho for our son's wedding during 20-24 December. It was a great experience. All our guests enjoyed the food and the hospitality. Mr Bhagwat is a great chef and very flexible and understanding person. Mr swami patel arranged all the dining in a very professional manner. He ensured that all guests are completely satisfied with the dining. In the house keeping, sahu and bahadur provided prompt services to all the guests. None of us faced any problems with the services. Mr Sandeep sharma also gave us a good affordable package and accomodated all our requests.|Overall it was a very Happy experience for us and our guests.|Thanks Clarks management ||Param Gupta
