I am from Mumbai and I have travelled to Khajuraho earlier too, and I at this place in my recent visit. It is located in a very peaceful surrounding, built within a house yet like a small resort. The rooms are clean and specious. Large bathrooms are well maintained. They have yet not started their own kitchen but they supply good home cooked food from nearby house. It was a very pleasant stay with my wife and 6 years old child. I would like to stay here whenever I go to Khajuraho. I will also recommend it to every visitor. I will especially remember this place because of Rinku. He is such a wonderful person to meet. Very well mannered and attentive. Trustworthy and honest. Highly spiritual a soul. I wish him a great success with his venture.

It was my first solo travel and this place was the first in the homestay list of mine. Not only was the atmosphere so homely but the location is just perfectly rustic. The view from the terrace is outstanding and the Dulha deo temple of the southern group of temples is just a few metres away from here. Just a happy stay to be done with.

I booked a room, but what I got was a real friend. Rinku showed me the real India, far away from regular tourist expierience. Never met such a kind and helpful guy. Thank you so much for making India to the unforgettable expierience. By the way, I had a wonderful room with one of the most comfortable beds I ever slept in. If you are in Khadjuraho, go here.

I booked for the long weekend, starting 2nd of April.||||We had booked 4 rooms, I received a confirmation that they had received our request and the booking was confirmed. We had booked 2 deluxe and 2 normal rooms.||||While we were on the way, I received a message at 1:30 odd PM that they just had 3 rooms available. As you can see, it was too late.||||The free parking is on a 10 feet street. My SUV seemed to block a big portion of the street. I wasn't too comfortable parking up there but had no other option.||||The staff upon seeing us complained that we were supposed to check in later in the evening. Please note that we arrived 2 hours later than the checkin time. Also given their unrestrained conduct, it seems that they had never heard of COVID.||||They offered us 3 rooms, one of which was supposedly ready. The one that was, had yellow stains on the sheets and had not been washed in ages.||||One of the staff members knocked at the door of a room and requested the guests to shift to another room. After a few minutes I followed the staff member to see how he was prepping up the place. He did not change the bedsheets but was just smothering the crumpled sheet and was remaking the bed. ||||I asked him to change all linen. He replied that it was already clean. I am 45 years old and this was the worst experience ever. I have stayed in some cheap places before. This was downright unethical.||||I decided not to stay there a minute longer. I checked into another place.||||The earlier reviews effectively are great which means that at some point of time the owner might have taken his hands off the daily management of the property and therefore the focus has suffered.

Real traditional India all around. The people are kind and polite and children play in the street. I recommend it to travellers foreigners looking for tranquility and integration

Nice place to stay in khajurao. You can go there. Close to eastern and southern temples. You can rent bikes to go to western temple (10 minutes bike). And the owner is very nice and speak french and english.

In the security point of view it is good stay for family but separate kitchen not available only sharing kitchen and bath-rooms are very small. Geyser facility is not available in all bath-rooms. Clean property.

The place is very tidy and behavior of the help,dinesh and the owner rinku bhai is very courteous. You get sturdy cycles for rent here. Located near the south and eastern temples!
