They anticipated my needs, and every request was met with promptness and a positive attitude. The housekeeping team kept my room immaculate, and the restaurant staff provided impeccable service during breakfast. What truly stood out was the staff's willingness to go the extra mile. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was incredibly welcoming, and I felt genuinely cared for. The exceptional hospitality at Shubham made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming experience. I will definitely be staying there again."

The hotel staff shows no generosity in fulfilling the customer's needs. They were very rude and specially the receptionist and manager. They were not picking any call. No response from house keeping et al. The property is an average 3 star hotel facility while charging for 5 started amount. They keep their entrance lobby Air conditioner off even in the summers to save electricity. The restaurant food was not good at all. I think my supply was stale. The toiletries are extremely bad without any standards. The only good thing is the rooms are very spacious.

Wonderful hotel in the lush green atmosphere. Though the weather is so cool also evenings are pleasant, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel arranged by manager ram. Rooms are big and spacious. I have a room with swimming pool view, did not get to use the pool but the pool area is well managed and clean. Breakfast at the restaurant is awesome and having great variety. Thanks to Mr. Ram well coordinator and cool person and team the entire team is helpful and attentive.

This property is near the main temple and the location is just perfect. We organised my sister's wedding at AS Hotels. The staff and the service was remarkable. Every staff members of the hotel were very cooperative and understanding. The taste of the food and the decoration was very loveable and much appreciated by our guests. I would specially thank the General Manager of the Hotel for his outstanding management.

The resort was good. Nice facade, very good maintained pool. A touch of goodness . We liked the property on a whole Pros: Pool is great Service is decent Property is clean and beautiful Best location Cons: Food was average Breakfast spread was small. Sometimes they ignore your request and focus on foreigners Room didn't Match the quality of resort I don't know but there's some obsession with foreigners in this whole town and everything is customized for them I dont understand why do you need to cook a dish the way they like it and not how it is supposed to be cooked. It's everywhere in khajuraho

Very comfortable stay. Food, service and staff was excellent. Special mention to the Reservation Manager and Restaurant staff. Location is very close to the main market and western group of hotels..one of the top places to stay in Khajuraho..highly recommend!

Stayed at AS in Nov 2024 as part of tour group.Hotel. Very well located (less than 10 mins ) close to town and temples. Rooms comfortable,large and clean. Pool was very clean and well maintained. Restaurant food was good however service was slow. Has no lift in hotel only two stories though and porters were available. WiFi was good and reliable. Worth the stay.

Wonderful resort with 4 star amenities. Rooms were spacious. Best part was pool area and around with great ambience. Perfect location, less than 100 meters from western temple main gate. Excellent service and beautiful place for a family time. Just a suggestion about breakfast is OK ok and can be improveed.
