Hotel Taj-Khajuraho,Panna

Everyone can stay at least one time please.

Nice sprawling place with spacious, ventilated and well furnished rooms. The staff is sweet and cooperative. They serve freshly prepared food on order. The location too is in the centre of the city with great connectivity, as the bus-stand is at a stone's throw. In fact, if you are a backpacker on a shoestring budget, you can make this place as your base and go to Khajuraho and tiger reserve by local buses. This is a bang for your buck. Now the problem with this hotel is that it is not maintained at all so all the infrastructure is in a dilapidated condition. And food, though fresh and tasty, takes ages to prepare. I was alone and on a business trip and with an extra day at hand, so it worked well for me. The hospitable smile of the staff made up for all the shortcomings but I'm not sure if I can recommend the place for family.

Un maintained rooms, adamant staff, rude reception staff, miser and unhospitable facilities. However, property owner is understanding and cordial.

Small place, Panna, though it has better choices, but this hotel has modern bathrooms and large rooms for a comfortable stay. Sometimes, the intercoms don't work which makes it a hassle to order room service etc, especially if you're on the first floor and not near the reception area. The food is palatable and not much variety, but clean. So are the bathrooms and general areas around the lobby etc. Pressed for adequate staff, but the staff does it's best to accommodate your requests and needs. Card payments accepted but not reliable; best to carry cash as backup, though ATMs are close by just in case.

I have been staying I this hotel during Panna visit and experience was satisfactory but during thus visit the experience was very very bad. There was no proper house keeping, no reception staff, no proper service available, even the rooms were not ready to use. Hotel should improve Services in all the way.

The staff and even the owner of the Hotel are too much coperative and they make us feel too much comfortable and it feels like at we are at home

Worth it,Ac works at 45 degc ambient temperature outside. Affordable food and trained staff.Airtel,jio and idea have 4G networks and no other providers have 4G services especially vodafone. Beware!

Extremely polite and cordial staff, receptionists, waiters. Clean rooms, good service, helpful people. We stayed here during our research and the hotel people ensured that our stay was comfortable.
