Playotel Resort Bhopal

Excellent hotel on the outskirts of Bhopal... we stayed overnight while on a road trip en route to Indore. Hotel staff friendly and most importantly the grounds, restaurant, and guest room was CLEAN. Restaurant food very tasty and staff was helpful... special thanks to Mr. Sachin at the restaurant for his excellent service, and the hotel staff for arranging an early breakfast for us the morning of checkout. We had to get on the road early and the restaurant kindly offered to prepare our breakfast at an early hour (before their usual open timings).

During our recent stay at Playotel Resort, the staff truly went above and beyond to ensure an exceptional experience. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, their genuine hospitality stood out. The housekeeping staff maintained our room flawlessly, and the restaurant staff provided impeccable service and delicious meals. The staff at the resort, mainly Mr. Mukesh Verma, and Mr. Sandeep solanki made our stay truly unforgettable, and we highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding service.

Went there to attend a marriage. Superb resort. The rooms are quite big, with all latest facilities. Food was too good. They have separate places for haldi, shaadi and reception. Highly recommended.

I recently visited India from the UK and stayed at this resort for 14 days. My experience was nothing short of amazing, and the hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The food was exceptional, the staff were courteous, and the entire property was maintained in pristine condition throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all modern amenities. Special recognition goes to Sachin and Mohit for their outstanding service.

Location is good as you see lush green around the building. Rooms are neat and clean. Cons: 1. Windows of the rooms are sealed and you cannot enjoy the fresh air. 2. You can't get morning coffee until 8.00 AM as the Chef starts at 8.am only. We were told to wait for morning coffee till 8 am 3. Couple of times I have ordered food, once they totally forgot, second time it took 1 hour nearly. 4. I booked for 2 nights 3 days where the breakfast by default charged. I want to cancel the breakfast charge for second day as i might leave as early as 6am to catch my flight so i can't effectively eat breakfast. But the Resort person denied to cancel morning breakfast charge as it should shall be done only during reservation. Why this hard bound rule against the guest is a big question. Whoever visit, please be aware that Resort will not make any transportations or indulge in helping for transport.

It's a wonderful place for leisure stay, one can enjoy with family on weekends. Staff is vey cordial and helpful.

Nice hotel at peace location, well maintained and good staffs. Hotel staffs are good and cooperative, they have arranged dinner for me after 11 PM, really worth. Easy access by Ola / uber cabs. Recommend to my friends, colleagues and family members as well.
