Don't book this hotel, Dirty rooms, Poor service, Bad food quality and service, Tasteless food , Koi bhi book mat Krna, Boht ghatiya khana bnate hai bar bar bolne par bhi. 3 din ka stay kiya hai Boht bad experience hai I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff was rude and unprofessional, Customer service was non-existent, and they seemed to have no interest in resolving issues or helping guests. The food quality was equally bad. The meals were tasteless and poorly prepared, with no attention to detail. I couldn't even finish my meal due to the lack of flavor and freshness. It's safe to say that I will not be returning to this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel! I had a horrible experience at this hotel while traveling to Prayagraj. Over the phone, the staff spoke very politely and assured me that rooms were available. However, upon arrival, the reality was completely different. The staff was extremely unprofessional, even shouting at each other in front of guests. Instead of proper hotel rooms, they took us to a marriage hall premises behind the main building. The rooms were filthy--dirty bedsheets with stains, dust everywhere, and it looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. When we complained, the staff ignored us completely, leaving us with no option but to leave. If you ever consider staying here, do not pay in advance. Check the rooms first to avoid disappointment. Honestly, it's better to find another option altogether.

Hopless staff missing there own key & wast our 1 hr. We check cctv camera & prove there mistake

I spoke to the front desk and informed him that I'm coming in around am good time so drive there and later upon calling him once i reached the hotel, he did not answer the phone. I tried 5 to 6 times in 30 mins but he had already keep the phone aside to show as busy.. never rely on these idiots.

Rooms are in ok condition , if you just want to sleep in night and dont spend lot of money , you can go to this place Parking space is also available here

"I stayed at Radhika Hotel in Katni for 2 days, and it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. When I checked in, I asked for a corporate discount and was assured it would be applied at the final billing. However, during check-out, they outright denied it, saying the discount had to be requested at check-in, which was contrary to what they'd told me. Their response was that it could be looked into 'next time,' which felt dismissive and frustrating. To make matters worse, the staff's behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful. After repeated requests for assistance, they all left the reception area, forcing me to carry my own luggage. I also complained three times about the unclean wash basin, but nobody ever came to address it. I wouldn't recommend staying here due to the poor service, lack of accountability, and unprofessional staff. Very disappointing experience."

We used marriage hall and lawn for engagement, it's good. Food taste require little improvement. Rest of the facilities are excellent

I am not suggested anyone to stay here. I give -5 Star for the hotel, Because They treated me like I was staying in their hotel for free, his Employee Are come In my room and says that, Pay your bill my manager is calling you, I am said that i am come after 15 minutes, than i pay, but he says that, NO, Pay your bill now if not paid than i throw your item outside, than i go in lobby, so the managar is also misbehaved with me. Also asking extra 1600 amount of food, which is already included in Bill. I am very disappointed with the staff, also said that after this time i can't stay in this hotel.
