OYO Hotel Shalya

Actually I had come Frome Himachal pradesh to stay one night first of all the behaviour of staff was so bad second thing I had booked ac room but staff told me just manage 2-3hours on non-ac so I went on another room but after sometime they deny I wouldn't provide you tomm sorry .The room was unhygienic if I said directly the all thing were worst don't go in rating and at all everything is showoff.

Our stay was very bad. We reached the hotel at midnight, and we had paid for the entire room amount. But when we reached out to the hotel, receptionist saying there was no rooms available for us. He refused us saying that he does not accept online booking. He asked to pay some extra money for the room. We had no option but to pay extra money. We had paid extra money three times over the actual room booking.

1.Safe And Secure 2 . Very Good behaviour Of Hotel staff 3.All Things Are Good Only I want to say that Hotelier Must Open The Food service otherwise Best Hotel

We got issues with water, but other than that room was fine and the teenage guys managing the hotel were good as well.

Staff and management are very bad behaviour and tv wifi and dose not working he gives me very very bad exuse

Awesome hotel and the manager akhilesh Dubey is very familar person ,his behaviour is good

This is the worst hotel ever i stayed in oyo, all bathrooms flush is leaking after so many complains they changed the room but still the next bathroom was also leaking and bed sheets was dirty.

Oky service nd staff members are also good
