Hotel The Arindum

Have organised a few functions here in past and was really very happy every time with the hotel services but this time it was really bad experience with the staff spcly the manager Amulya Mishra. Horrible behaviour towards guests, really bad attitude and disrespectful way of dealing with the request of organiser. The staff was really careless towards their work and were very busy in gossip, they should focus proper attention on catering guests instead of chit-chat.

The dining room staff was ok the Mishra ji taking orders was exceptionally rude.

I recently attended the wedding of my friend at Arindum. The venue is a very prime destination for weddings and family functions. The interior of every section is mesmerising and the sangeet hall, the wedding hall, the terrace mandap, swimming pool, all are so good. Their own catering was also nice. All the dishes were tasty and the presentation was also hygenic.

Great rooms, great hospitality! Everything is clean, hygienic and perfect! 10/10 recommend for food quality, quantity and taste as well. Can go for it blindly!

Great place for party and wedding receptions or rituals.... Here things are done at a level best you demand

We stayed here on our way to Prayagraj. An excellent place to stay. The restaurant is also excellent. Very comfortable with friendly staff.

I recently visited this place for a dine-in experience. The hotel has a grand and impressive look with a nice ambience. It's a great venue for small to large gatherings like weddings, parties, and events, with a spacious banquet hall and even a swimming pool. The overall atmosphere was pleasant and well-maintained. However, the food was not very impressive and could definitely be better. Still, the place itself is worth considering for events due to its elegant setup and facilities.

house keeping staff pramod was very helpful with my requests and cleaning quality is extremely good. Linen provided was fresh and scented. Bathrooms are also very big and spacious with proper cleaning and helpful staff to meet your needs!
