At my experience at this Hotel (shree palace) There can provide basic facilities at any time for our customers They don't have any extra formalities Generally they are check your booking details or ask you any One govt. Approved Own identity like (aadhar, pan card, etc.)

Near katni railway station, rooms were not cleaned just bedsheet didn't changed by the room service
